Per-project · scoped
Replace your SaaS stack with software you actually own.
We migrate CRM, automation, analytics, time tracking, and email from rented SaaS to self-hosted open source. Twenty replaces Salesforce. n8n replaces Zapier. Umami plus Metabase replaces Mixpanel and Looker. Documented, scripted, and yours when we leave.
No email gate on audits. No sales pitch on the call.
What you get
A working stack, all yours.
Six concrete migrations, one project. Every config committed, every credential handed over, every runbook in your repo.
Twenty CRM, fully migrated
Self-hosted Twenty CRM with your contacts, pipelines, and custom fields imported. Salesforce or HubSpot data ported, not reentered.
n8n workflow library
Lead capture, nurture, hand-off, and reporting automations in n8n. Replaces Zapier and Make. Every flow committed to your repo as code.
Umami plus Metabase analytics
Umami for product and site analytics, Metabase for SQL dashboards. Replaces Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Looker. Your data in your warehouse.
Kimai time tracking
Self-hosted Kimai for team time tracking, with client-visible reports if you want them. Replaces Toggl, Harvest, and Clockify.
Mox email server
Self-hosted Mox for transactional and marketing email. Replaces Mailgun, SendGrid, and Postmark for the volumes most teams actually send.
Runbooks for everything
Every service has a markdown runbook in your repo: deploy, restore, rotate keys, add a user. Written for the engineer who replaces us.
How it ships
Audit, provision, cut over, hand off.
Same shape every project. Read the full methodology.
Audit and stack inventory
Free platform audit first, then a written inventory of every SaaS subscription, what it costs, and what replaces it. Final scope and price in writing.
Provision and migrate
We stand up Twenty, n8n, Umami, Metabase, Kimai, and Mox on your infrastructure. Data imports run on staging first, then production with rollback plans.
Cut over and document
Old SaaS gets cancelled on a published date. Runbooks land alongside the migration, not after. Your team owns the credentials before sign-off.
30-day hand-off
We stay reachable for 30 days for incident support. Then we leave. No retainer pressure, no lock-in clause buried in the SOW.
What it costs
Scoped per project, quoted on the call.
Digital Transformation is a fixed-fee project. Final number depends on stack scope (which tools, how much data, how many users), infrastructure provider, and migration complexity. We quote it in writing before any work starts.
