6 weeks · fixed fee

Launch a working go-to-market motion in 42 days.

We stand up the ICP, the positioning, the channels, and the stack. By day 42, you have a working CRM, a running outbound engine, real analytics, and the runbooks to operate it without us.

No email gate on audits. No sales pitch on the call.

What you get

Six concrete deliverables, all yours.

Every artifact lives in your repo, on your infrastructure, under your accounts. We hand you the source.

ICP and positioning brief

A short, opinionated document on who you sell to, the problem you solve, and the words to use. No 50-page market analysis.

Working Twenty CRM

Self-hosted Twenty CRM deployed on your infrastructure. Pipelines, custom fields, and your existing contacts imported.

Outbound and content engine

n8n workflows for outreach sequences and content distribution. Templates wired to your CRM, ready to run.

Umami analytics, configured

Self-hosted analytics with funnel events instrumented across your site. No GA4, no third-party trackers, no cookie banner.

Runbooks for every system

Markdown runbooks in your repo: how to add a user, restore a backup, change a workflow. Written for the engineer who replaces us.

Day-42 handoff session

Two-hour walkthrough with your team. We hand you the credentials, the source, and the on-call rotation. Then we leave.

How it ships

Audit, build, launch, hand off.

Same shape every sprint. Read the full methodology.

01

Week 1: Audit and scope

Free platform audit first (no email gate). Then a kickoff to lock the ICP, the channels we will (and will not) build, and the success criteria for day 42.

02

Weeks 2 to 4: Build

We deploy CRM, automation, and analytics on your infrastructure. Weekly demos, Kimai timesheets, every config committed to your repo.

03

Weeks 5 to 6: Launch and document

First outbound sequence runs, first content goes live, first dashboards populate. We write the runbooks alongside the work, not after.

04

Day 42: Handoff

Your team owns the keys, the data, and the documentation. No retainer pressure. If you want one, that is a separate conversation.

What it costs

Fixed fee, scoped on the call.

GTM Sprint is a fixed-fee engagement. Final number depends on scope (existing systems to migrate, channels to build, team size). We quote it on the consultation, in writing, before any work starts.
