What's your approach to working with clients?
We follow a four-phase approach: Discovery (understanding your business), Strategy (developing the roadmap), Implementation (executing with OSS tools), and Transition (knowledge transfer and handoff).
Do you provide ongoing support after the engagement?
Yes, we offer flexible support packages. However, our goal is to make you self-sufficient—so ongoing support is optional, not a requirement.

Will I need technical staff to maintain the systems?

What happens to the systems you build when the engagement ends?
Everything becomes yours—code, configurations, data, and documentation. We transfer complete ownership and provide training so you can maintain and evolve the systems independently.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?

Pricing & Contracts
How does pricing work?
We offer monthly retainer packages (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) and project-based pricing for specific initiatives. All pricing is transparent with no hidden fees.
Is there a minimum commitment?
We recommend a minimum 3-month engagement to achieve meaningful results, but we don't lock you into long-term contracts. You can scale up, down, or end the engagement with 30 days notice.
What's included in the price?
Everything needed for success: strategy, implementation, training, documentation, and knowledge transfer. No surprise charges for 'extras' that should be standard.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer flexible payment terms. Monthly billing is standard, but we can discuss quarterly or milestone-based payments for larger engagements.
